These entry ways were designed using Solidworks and Autocad. In the field a Topcon total station shot points which were then imported into Autocad. A model was built around the point cloud and was fabricated without ever using a tape measure.
Window flashing assembly
This window flashing surround was designed to be a one piece unit, cutting down on field install time. The entire surround was modeled in Solid Works. The flat layouts were exported and laser cut with bend lines and fabrication drawings. The one piece system was delivered to site and installed as an assembly. This method drastically reduced time spent cutting in the field.
